Kangana Ranaut has shared the Tiku weds Sheru  trailer on her instagram account captioning, “ Life is unpredictable, and so are Tiku & Sheru! a hilarious collision of dreams, love and a whole lot of drama coming right up!

Tiku weds Sheru trailer shows Tiku & Sheru loves each other and get married. Tiku considers her marriage as an opportunity to go Mumbai to make her dreams come true in acting. Sheru is also seen struggling to make his future in the film industry. Trailer reflects the struggle in people’s lives. 

In 2016, initially the film was titled as “Divine Lover’s” and Irrfan Khan and Kangana Ranaut were in lead roles. The movie will be out on Amazon Prime video on 23rd June 2023.

Kangana Ranaut released the Nawazuddin’s first look poster, revealing that he will play Shiraz Khan Afghani urf Sheru, while Avneet Kaur will play Tasleem Khan urf Tiku. This will be her debut project under her production firm, Manikarnika Films. Nawazuddin, who has been in a number of legendary films, appears to be portraying a mobster in the upcoming film, as he poses with a gun in his hand.

He is seen wearing a denim shirt and pants along with a red shirt inside. While sharing the first look, Kangana wrote, “हम जब मिलते हैं, तो दिल से मिलते हैं, वरना ख़्वाबों में भी मुश्किल से मिलते हैं (When I meet, it is always with great love, else it is difficult to even meet me in dreams). Meet Shiraz Khan Afghani urf Sheru.” 

While releasing the second poster, Kangana wrote, “चलो तो चाँद तक , नहीं तो शाम तक .Meet Tasleem Khan urf tiku.” Apart from this, the Queen actor also shared another poster that showed the two stars posing and it read, “Filming begins.

The film will release on Amazon Prime. The film is directed by Sai Kabir and will be produced under Kangana’s production house Manikarnika Films.

Nawazuddin is a local gangster, while Sunanda is a mentally challenged young girl in the music video. He goes out of his way to make her happy and finally marries her. Since it is raining during the wedding, the bride’s grandmother brings an umbrella to cover the sacred fire of their union.

The summary of the music video claims it to be based on a true story. It read, “A Soulful melody of two hearts filled with love and emotions.

Ghoomketu also features filmmaker Anurag Kashyap and Ila Arun, Raghubir Yadav, Swanand Kirkire, and Ragini Khanna. The film also features Amitabh Bachchan, Ranveer Singh, Sonakshi Sinha, Chitrangada Singh, Lauren Gottlieb, and filmmaker Nikkhil Advani in special appearances.
