Educator Satyadev Sengar awarded with Bhishma Award 2019

Satyadev Sengar, a well-known educationist and Motivational Speaker Rapid global School, Bidhuna (U.P.) has been awarded Bhishma-The Determination II Award 2019 for his contribution in the field of education and motivating the students. The award was presented by Dr. G.D. Bansal, Director, Chandigarh Group of Colleges.

The award ceremony was organized in an association with SR education, Dr. Devraj DAV public School, and Hisar Institute of Digital Marketing at Chandigarh Group of colleges on November 10.

This award is a recognition for those who are doing exceedingly well in the field of education as principals, directors, and mentors. The award is aimed at motivating and recognizing these stars at a national platform that is contributing towards building the foundation for new India. Over 200 principals, directors, and mentors from all over India were felicitated at the event.

On Sunday, at the 6^th national conclave of SR education and Dr. Dev Raj DAV public school (lehragaga) , KALAM-the Mentor award was presented to many Directors, teachers, and Principals. An effective session on Team building was taken by Mr. Sushil Arora (Corporate trainer & motivational speaker) during the event.

He motivated all the teachers, principals and directors present there to coordinate and communicate in an efficient manner with students and internal staff members so as to have good relations among each other. An organization can’t work without the use of the human resource. It’s the efforts of a team that help an organization to become successful. He also said that corporate should organize outbound team building activities to inculcate the team spirit and togetherness among the employees.
