DESIGN

MG Hector Plus looks similar to Hector. However, some minor changes have been made to the new MG Hector Plus, especially in the front, which makes its look slightly different from Hector. Talking about the look of the new Hector Plus, it has a new shiny black grille, which comes with LED DRLS with a sleek look. Apart from this, it has been given new headlamps which give it a more attractive and classy look. Along with this, new bumpers, new front-floating turn indicators, new tail lamps, and revised skid plates have also been given.

ENGINE

The new MG Hector Plus is offered with two engine options 1.5-liter petrol and 2.0-liter diesel engines. The 1.5-liter turbocharged petrol engine generates a peak torque of 250Nm and power of 143ps. With this, DCT transmission has been given. Whereas, the 2.0-liter diesel engine will generate power of 170ps and torque of 350Nm. It will get a 6-speed manual gearbox.

PRICE AND VARIANTS

The company has launched Hector Plus in 4 variants – Style (Style), Super (Super), Smart (Smart), and Sharp (Sharp). The price for the Style Petrol MT variant of this SUV is priced at Rs 13.48 lakh which goes up to Rs 18.53 lakh for the Sharp Turbo Diesel MT variant. The new Hector Plus is available with six color options. It includes White, Silver, Black, Burgundy Red, Glaze Red, and Blue colors.
