										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p class="has-medium-font-size">Indian women clean-sweep the Sri Lankan team by winning all 5 matches of the T20i Series. Indian women won the last match by 15 runs, making the series fall in their favour.</p>



<p class="has-medium-font-size">The match was played at Greenfield Stadium, Thrivanthampuram. Sri Lanka won the toss and invited the Indian team to bat first. Shefali Verma and India’s new opener Gunalan Kamilini opened the innings for India.  Both the openers lost their wickets very early, and after that, Harleen Deol also lost her wicket early, but captain Harmanpreet Kaur stood and played the most important inning for her team. She scored 68 runs in 43 balls and smashed 9 fours and 1 six with a strike rate of 158.11.</p>



<p class="has-medium-font-size">Amanjot Kaur and Arundhati Reddy helped her score the valuable runs for India. Amanjot scored 21 in 18 balls and smashed 27 in 11 balls with 4 fours and 1 six in the last. Chamari Athapaththu, Rashmika Serwani, Kanisha Dihhari, and Nimesha Meepage took crucial wickets for the Sri Lankan women&#8217;s team.<br></p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">In the 2nd inning, Hasini Perera and Imesha Dulani played an important inning for their team; both smashed a half-century. Hasini Perera scored 65 runs in 42 balls with a strike rate of 154.71 and smashed 8 fours and 1 six. Imesha Dulani scored 50 runs in 39 balls with a strike rate of 128.21 and smashed 8 fours. The rest of the team lost their wickets very early.</p>



<p class="has-medium-font-size">&nbsp;All the indian bowlers took each wicket and made Sri Lanka stop at the score of 160/7 against India’s score of 175/7, and this is how India won by 15 runs and named the series</p>
