He motivated all the teachers, principals and directors present there to coordinate and communicate in an efficient manner with students and internal staff members so as to have good relations among each other. An organization can’t work without the use of the human resource. It’s the efforts of a team that help an organization to become successful. He also said that corporate should organize outbound team building activities to inculcate the team spirit and togetherness among the employees.

He also received KALAM-the Mentor award for his outstanding contribution in educating corporate, teachers and individuals on team building, leadership, soft skills enhancement, stress management, etc.

At the 6th national conclave held at Oxford Public school organized by SR education and Dr. Dev Raj DAV public school where over 200 guests were awarded KALAM-the mentor Award. The awardees include Directors, Mentors, and Principals from the education field.

The participant students played different characters of mother, father, brother, and sister.
The main focus of the play was on ‘Save girl child, educate the girl child and generate awareness to improve the condition of girl child in our society’. They said that if we educate a woman the whole nation is educated and empowering a woman means empowering the nation. Everyone in the audience appreciated the acting skills of children and lauded them for their efforts.

According to organizers,  KALAM-The Mentor award facilitates those Director, Principals, and Mentors who have given their best in the education field and serve the society selflessly.

The award was presented to him by the SR Education and Dr. Dev Raj DAV Public School at the 6^th National Conclave held in Oxford Public school, Uklana.

Er. Poonia was given the award for his service in the education field. He runs private coaching academy in Hisar past many years where he lay the foundation of future engineers and doctors. He also gives free education to poor and needy student especially girls.

Making the award presentations, this year special guest was Er. Surender Poonia(Director, Ours Academy) and Dr. Satish Bharti (Director, Oxford Public School). They both shared their inspirational and moving address recounting incredible experiences as a director, teacher, and mentor.

In his addressing speech, Director, SR education said “everyone whether student or a teacher try to aim to have pride and aggression, be resilient and determined, and to try to remain cheerful in the face of adversity.

Guests were entertained during the event by a small play name “Kanjak” done by DAV School (Lehragaga) students on “Beti Bachao Beti Padhao”. They gave an incredible message of saving the girl child. A small parenting lecture and team building session were taken by Mr. Ashutosh Pruthi and Mr. Sushil Arora respectively.

All guests were invited to join for refreshments after the formalities and photographs had taken place.
