The post JEE MAIN and NEET new dates announced: Exams in July first appeared on Jugaadin News .]]> JEE MAIN & NEET 2020: Today, Union HRD Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’ announced the new dates for JEE MAINS and NEET 2020 exams.

The engineering exam,  JEE MAIN (Joint entrance examination) will be held from July 18-23, while the medical entrance exam NEET (National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test) will be conducted on July 26. The JEE Advanced (also known as IIT entrance) exam after JEE MAIN, will be held in August.  https://twitter.com/DrRPNishank/status/1257558593269665795

National Testing Agency or NTA, the national body that conducts the JEE MAIN/ ADVANCE and NEET, had postponed these exams in March last week due to the spread of coronavirus. They have scheduled these exams for May 2020 but due to an increase in the number of COVID patients, the exams will now going to held in July.

A decision will soon be taken on the pending CBSE Class 10, 12 board exams,”  Union HRD Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank added. One attempt is covered in January and second is in April. It is said that opportunity never knock twice but NTA is providing a second chance to JEE aspirants to do better if fail to get satisfactory result in first attempt. It is known to all that JEE exam is conducted to get admission in top engineering institutes IIT’s and NIT’s and every year lakhs of students appear in the examination.

Here are some tips given by mentors to students who fail to give best results in January exam but going to appear for JEE April 2019 exam

  1. Focus on NCERT: NCERT textbooks are the best option to study for this exam. In January attempt, many questions were there from the NCERT books. Thus, thoroughly revising all the concepts and chapters from the NCERT at this time is great option.
  2. Do not repeat the past mistakes: The mistakes that you have done in first attempt, try not to do that in second attempt. Focus on your time management skills and clear all the doubts that you have in first attempt. Try to revise that weak portion of syllabus instead of revising whole of the curriculum.
  3. Stay hydrated and Positive: Cracking an exam is all related to maintaining health. If your health is good, only then you will be able to do hard work and can score high. Thus, maintain your health by having sound sleep, drink 7-8 glass of water, do meditation to increase concentration level and keep a positive attitude.
  4. Take help from Mentors: Take help from the mentors for tips and tricks, short cut methods for solving difficult questions.

Thus, follow these simple steps to gain success in second attempt of JEE mains April 2019 exams and avoid the mistakes done in first attempt.

The earlier dates announced were between 07.04.2019 to 20.04.2019. But now the exam for B.Tech will held on 8th, 9th, 10th and 12th April and B.Arch /B.Planning exam will on 7th April. Admit cards for the exam will be available on the link www.jeemain.nic.in from 20th March, 2019. The best score from January and April attempt will be considerable for the admission in IIT’s , NIT’s and other institutions.

NTA (National Testing Agency) which will conduct the JEE Main and JEE Advance Exam in 2019 has released the notification for the admission process of various Engineering Colleges for course B.E., B.Tech, B.Arch,. Registration will start from September 01, 2018 till 30th September. After clearing both Mains and Advance, candidate can get admission in IITs and NITs of India. Admit card can be downloaded on 17th Dec, 18 and exam will be conducted from January 6th to 20, 2019. Pass out students of year 2017 and students who are currently in 12th class with Maths can apply.
