The post ICAI Extended the time period for commencement of Practical Training for appearing in Final examination to be held in November 2023 first appeared on Jugaadin News .]]> The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has extended the deadline for candidates taking the CA November Exam 2023 to begin practical training. The deadline for taking the final test has been extended from April 30 to June 30, 2021. The official notification can be found at icai.org, the ICAI’s official website.

Students who pass either one or both of the Groups of the Intermediate/IIPC Examinations held in November 2020/January 2021 must begin their practical training on or before April 30, 2021, in order to be eligible to sit for the Final Examination in November 2023.

 Candidates who are unable to begin their Practical Training as a result of the COVID-19 lockdown/curfew in various parts of the country will be required to begin their Practical Training on or before June 30, 2021, rather than April 30, 2021, and will then be allowed to sit for the Final Examination in November 2023.

Meanwhile, the CA Final and Intermediate exams have been postponed by the ICAI. The ICAI CA Intermediate exam was supposed to start on May 22 and the final exam was supposed to start on May 21, but both have been postponed.
