The BS6 X Pulse now weighs 157 kg, which is 3 kg heavier than the BS4 model. Before that, the X Pulse used to offer a carburetor engine or a fuel-injected engine, but the BS6 model only comes with a fuel injection system.

The BS6 Hero X Pulse 200 has a revamped exhaust system with a new oil-cooler, which has seen a drop in power and torque output. On the new exhaust system, the header pipe now comes from the bottom of the engine and then moves upward to the muffler. In such a situation, the ground clearance may be affected a bit, so now the bash-place has been redesigned. However, till date 220 mm ground clearance has been given in Hero’s website.
