Mr. & Miss Hisar 2019, an event that will keep you one step ahead to your goal for opportunities in modeling and dancing industry. City’s Biggest Talent Hunt is being organized by Grooving souls and Hisar Institute of Digital Marketing to provide the platform for the young generation. Auditions are going on for the same. Next audition for the Mr. and Miss Hisar will be at JDC Dance Academy on 10^th August from 4 PM onwards. Anyone can participate in the junior and senior group category. After the selection, grooming classes will be given and finalist will be decided on the basis of performance in semi-final and grand finale. The earlier auditions held at different places, where kids and youth both participate in a large number. Junior Terence Sahil, Director, JDC Dance school said to get famous in the modeling and acting industry, this is the right platform to prepare for the correct launch pad in future

To make them stand out from the crowd and to provide a platform so that city’ talent can be taken to new avenues, Mr. and Miss Hisar 2019 auditions were done at Sam school of Dance on 10th August. Sumit, Director of Dance Academy while encouraging told that these competitions will take them to their dream world where they will shine in the future.

Many young talents gave the auditions for Mr. and Miss Hisar 2019 at Sam School of Dance. The auditions are still going on for dancing and modeling in the junior and senior category at other centers. Organizers will also give grooming classes after the selection in auditions.

Mr. and Miss Hisar 2019 auditions held at Bhangra Planet

Mr. and Miss Hisar 2019, the most discussed event nowadays among the youth had its 4^th audition at Bhangra planet on 27^th July. Three auditions have already done and more are in pipeline. Children and adults showed their dancing and modeling skills in the audition. Solo and group walk, dancing with the question-answer round was there. Judges asked questions from the participants and motivated them for their participation gesture. They encouraged them and told these tiny steps can lead them to an international level one day. The next audition will be at BOOM BOOM Dance Academy on 28^th July.

It is highly recommended to treat the ‘Phone Interview’ as a normal ‘Regular Interview’like a face-to-face interviewwith the same seriousness & be well prepared. Below are some of our top telephone interview tips:

Do Proper Research: Visit the company website understand their entire history, background and leadership team to get a good perspective of the company along with their products & services. Also try to understand the role for which you are getting interviewed. Before the interview try to get the information of interviewer to visualize and be mentally well prepared.
Put down all your Ideas & Questions on Paper: A phone interview is a really good opportunity to find out more about the role you’ve applied for, the company culture and opportunities for growth and also all the steps on the interview process.
Hard Copy of your CV in hand: Most likely the recruiter will have your resume in their handsduring the call and may ask you specific questions from that. Soto ease the situation for both of you it is good to have it handy to effectively communicate.

Be Calm, Positive&Smile: This shall help you ensure you are sound, positive, upbeat and generate that positive vibration through your voice to the recruiter. It energizes the mood. Avoid outdoor & noisy places that could give you distracted noises.
