Tigmanshu Dhulia and Mukesh Bhatt, both play pivotal roles in Aaliya Siddiqui’s film. Nawazuddin Siddiqui is in a guest role.

The trailer opens with Siddiqui, in a sad tone informing Sanjay Mishra that their cow named “Rukh Saar” has been stolen. The two wander and explore the entire town asking about their lost cow. While searching, different people say different things and feared them that if they couldn’t find the cow, there will be serious effects.  The movie is full of twists and turns and humour. The film Holy Cow’s releasing date is 26 August 2022.
