This time the Raahgiri was at a grand level where Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khatter grace the occasion. Lakshay public school (Dhansu) students performed various dance forms to entertain the crowd.

The Haryanvi dance and Rajasthani dance kalbaleiya performances prepared by Surender Kumar and Joginder sulkhani respectively let everyone to dance on the beats. The students also gave an educational and inspirational message on Save water through a mime presentation. In the program, the school’s 50 children were participated while 150 children were involved in sports activities.

Surender Poonia (Director, Ours Academy) on Sunday received the prestigious KALAM-the Mentor award for his exemplary work in the education field as a successful educationalist, Director, and Mentor.

The award was presented to him by the SR Education and Dr. Dev Raj DAV Public School at the 6th National Conclave held in Oxford Public school, Uklana.

Er. Poonia was given the award for his service in the education field. He runs private coaching academy in Hisar past many years where he lay the foundation of future engineers and doctors. He also gives free education to poor and needy student especially girls.

The Chief Guest of the mela will be Mrs. Savitri Jindal and Mrs. Pankaj Sandhir, Mrs.Rekha Aeron and Mrs. Ranjana Singhal will also grace the occassion.
The main attraction of the event is Teej Queen and Teej Princess competiton. Event will be having group dance, solo dance performances , one minute games and many more activities.
