This seminar was expertly organized under the mentorship of Er. Manmohan Singla, the director of HIDM and a visionary leader in digital education. In his session, Mr. Kapil Sidher explained the fundamental differences between a job and entrepreneurship in the context of building wealth and a fulfilling life. Both paths, he noted, require clarity of purpose and a strong personality to succeed.

The speaker also describes the importance of failure in the journey to success. “Failure is not the end; it’s a challenge you must accept, analyze, learn from, and try again with a stronger mindset,” Mr. Sidher said, motivating students to see failure as a stepping stone, not a setback. During the Rising Personality award ceremony, Er. Manmohan Singla received the prestigious Award from the Great Veteran Actress Mandakini. On receiving the award, he expressed his gratitude towards his supporters who helped him in this digital journey and to the RSN express who acknowledge and support his talent. 

In order to motivate youth and inculcate the importance of blood donation in them, the team members Rakesh Khandelwal, Vikram, and Manmohan Singla of Ek Kadam Zindagi ki Aur NGO today spread awareness among youth. They organised blood donation awareness seminars at Ranbhoomi Academy, Career Power, & Career Booster and motivate young blood to come forward for the blood donation.

While addressing, Er. Manmohan Singla, Director HiDM, said,” Youth is the power of a country and can do anything if they are determined to. By donating blood, you can save one’s life while staying healthy. If you donate a unit of blood, you can save three lives.

He also described the various benefits and myths related to blood donation. Donating blood can reveal potential health problems, reduces harmful iron stores, may lower the risk of suffering a heart attack, and help the liver to stay healthy.

Rakesh Khandelwal, an active team member of the NGO told, “Youth can work with our NGO and help the needy ones. Our helpline number 9992500102 is 24*7 active and we request you to spread it to everyone so that the blood demand in an emergency situation can be fulfilled and someone’s life can be saved.

She said, “Blogging is a technique that is not new, but people are getting inclined more towards it as it is a platform to earn some extra income.  She explained the entire blogging process, how to create and set up a blog, where to start, Top Bloggers, How to earn from Blogging, future of Blogging and some tips to write a good blog. At the end of the seminar, a small questionnaire round was also there. Prior to this seminar, Anish Jindal, a student of HiDM conducted the seminar on On-Page SEO.

Digital Marketing Seminar fest 2021 is a part of HiDM’s SAP section, where SAP stands for Student Activities and Programs. The seminar series is being conducted by HiDM to provide professional exposure to students to make them excel in their future jobs. In the seminar Fest 2021, students are presenting different Digital marketing topics under the guidance of their mentor Er. Manmohan Singla.

Vijender explained the concept of quality score, Adwords, relevant keywords, CTR, why Quality score is important and factors that make up the quality score and moreover improving the relevancy of keywords, ads, and landing page are the measures that improve the quality score of any Adword.
