The award ceremony was organized by SR education, Dr. Devraj DAV public School and Hisar Institute of Digital Marketing at Chandigarh group of college, Mohali. Dr. G.D. Bansal Director CGC gave the awards to all the participants. In his statement, he said” teachers play an important role in student’s life. They are the real makers, they can mold the child lives in the right direction. We all are doing fabulous work and that’s why we are here so that we can learn from others too.”

Organizer CA Navdeep Bhardwaj Principal DAV school thanked and congratulated each and every teacher, principal, and director for coming and for their active participation. A professional development session was also conducted by Dr. Gurmeet Kaur Gulati and Ms. Poonam Arora for the professionals. Cultural performances by school children were also there to entertain the audience.

Bhishma Award ceremony was organized in an association of SR education, Dr. Devraj DAV School and Hisar Institute of Digital Marketing at Chandigarh group of colleges to honor the dignitaries who are giving their 100 percent in the field of education.

On receiving the award, Ms. Neena Kapoor in her statement said: “that every child has the potential; only the spark has to be ignited”. The students must be guided to bring out their latent talent and hidden potentials which helps them to instill confidence in them. She has been awarded for her enthusiasm, devotion and tireless efforts that made it easy for the students and teachers to set the study strategies and approaches applied to learn comprehendible.

At the 6th national conclave held at Oxford Public school organized by SR education and Dr. Dev Raj DAV public school where over 200 guests were awarded KALAM-the mentor Award. The awardees include Directors, Mentors, and Principals from the education field.

The participant students played different characters of mother, father, brother, and sister.
The main focus of the play was on ‘Save girl child, educate the girl child and generate awareness to improve the condition of girl child in our society’. They said that if we educate a woman the whole nation is educated and empowering a woman means empowering the nation. Everyone in the audience appreciated the acting skills of children and lauded them for their efforts.

According to organizers,  KALAM-The Mentor award facilitates those Director, Principals, and Mentors who have given their best in the education field and serve the society selflessly.

The award was presented to him by the SR Education and Dr. Dev Raj DAV Public School at the 6^th National Conclave held in Oxford Public school, Uklana.

Er. Poonia was given the award for his service in the education field. He runs private coaching academy in Hisar past many years where he lay the foundation of future engineers and doctors. He also gives free education to poor and needy student especially girls.
