Candidates can download their admit card by login in through the CLAT Registration number or Application Number and Date of Birth. CLAT- 2023 Admit Cards for UG and PG Programmes will be available for download on the Website of the Consortium of National Law Universities from Dec 6 to Dec 17. The CLAT 2023 exam is scheduled for December 18, 2022.

It is mandatory for the candidates to fill in their admission preferences to the NLUs before downloading their Admit Card for the CLAT 2023.

The UG-CLAT 2023 will be a 2-hour test, with 150 multiple-choice questions carrying 1 mark each. There shall be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for every wrong answer. These questions would be divided into the following 5 subjects:

• English Language
• Current Affairs, including General Knowledge
• Legal Reasoning
• Logical Reasoning
• Quantitative Techniques

How to download CLAT 2023 Admit Card

Candidates are requested to follow the steps given below to fill in their preferences for admission to NLUs and download their Admit Card:

a. Login to your CLAT account at https://consortiumofnlus.ac.in/clat-2023/

b. Click on Update Preferences

c. Fill the preferences as required and click the Update Preferences button.

d. Click on the Download Admit Card button

In its meeting held on June 24th, 2022, the Executive Committee of CNLUs approved the CLAT-2022 Result of UG and PG Programmes. It recommended it to Governing Body of Consortium of NLUs for its consideration and approval. The Governing Body of CNLUs approved both results unanimously and recommended publication on the Consortium website. Candidates may log in with their CLAT login and download the Score Cards.

This year, for the first time, the law entrance examination will be held twice. The 2022 edition of the test is scheduled for June 19 and the 2023 edition will be held on December 18.

How to download CLAT 2022 Admit Card

Fill in your registration number, application number and date of birth and login.

The candidate should take the printout of the admit card and must read all the instructions carefully.

CLAT-2022 will be held on May 8, 2022, and it has been resolved that CLAT-2023 will be held on 18th December 2022. Hence, in 2022 two CLAT examinations will be held in one year. The official notice is available on the official site of Consortium of National Law Universities on consortiumofnlus.ac.in.

According to the official notification, the Consortium further resolved to reduce the Counselling fee from 50,000/- to Rs.30,000/- for the General category candidates and Rs.20,000/- for ST/SC/OBC/BC/EWS/PWD and other reservation candidates.

It is also mentioned in the notice that the Consortium has elected a new Executive Committee with Prof. Poonam Saxena, Vice-Chancellor, National Law University, Jodhpur taking over as President from the Outgoing President Prof. Faizan Mustafa.
