										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Being a parent, you always wonder why your children is academically weak, socially inactive, can’t solve problems easily than others? Are you worried about this? Someone will tell you that different children will have different level of learning. This might not be the reason. The reason behind different level of activeness in children is due to different working level of right and left hemisphere of brain. Yes, our brain has two hemispheres, <strong>Right and left.</strong> Right brain is meant for creativity whereas left brain is for logical and analytical thinking. Every child use only one side of brain and that become his dominant side. This is because some children are active listeners and some are speakers. Some are artistic while others are logical thinkers. Some traits that are exhibit by right and left hemispheres active children are:</p>



<p><strong>Traits shown by dominance of Right hemisphere</strong>: They are creative in nature and they learn the things through visuals. They like the things when it is available physically. They give their best when work in groups as their creative ideas come up in that situation. They don’t perform well in schools as they are disorganized and can’t concentrate on a thing.</p>

<p><strong>Traits shown by dominance of left Hemisphere:</strong> These children are socially inactive and least interested in doing outdoor activities. Children with weak right hemisphere are goal oriented and they set directions for themselves. They are academically sound.</p>



<p>But for the overall development of the child, both right and left brain should be balanced. Balancing the mind is important for the digestive, immune and nervous system of the children. There are numerous centers which operate various brain balancing programs for children. Parent should consult the mentors or doctors to determine which part of brain is active in them and how they can go for proper brain balancing.</p>

<p>Clear your mind and body out of negativities is necessary
and can be done through these simple techniques:</p>



<p><strong>&nbsp;Exercise Daily</strong>: To burn the negative energy out of mind and body, exercise daily. Exercise can reduce the stress. Simple activities like taking a staircase instead of Lift, riding a bicycle, a 30 minute walk, swimming and stretching can help in reducing stress.</p>

<p><strong>Take healthy diet: </strong>Mind and stomach are inter-related. When we get healthy food, our mind feels calm and relaxed. There are some hormones known as stress hormones whose level need to be checked. Chocolate, herbal tea, plenty of water, fresh fruits and vegetables all will help in detoxifying the body and get rid of stress.</p>

<p><strong>Be an Optimist: </strong>Positive thinking is very importantfor any stressed or depressed person because negative thoughts will only exaggerate the situation. Thinking about good people and having good thoughts will calm the mind. Surround yourself with the positive mind people as they will encourage you to also think and behave positively. </p>

<p><strong>Meditation: </strong>Meditation
is a great way of making mind relax and calm. Deep breathing and yoga are also
the part of meditation. This helps in knowing us better, make us kind and mindfulness.

<p><strong>Change the environment</strong>: The environment in which you are living matters a lot on your mental and physical health. Environment that is calm and composed, free of negativities is crucial for removing stress. Messy environment creates lot of clutter in life and mind. Remove the clutter or get separate yourself from unnecessary things as soon as possible.</p>

<p>These can be some of the tips and measures by following one can de- stress himself. He can also appoint a meditation or yoga trainer or can join a stress management courses under expert supervision. </p>

Laughing, smiling, mischief, churning, stirring and stubbornness are the qualities that define childhood. To be true, childhood is the time when we live in our own fun away from any rivalry. Have you ever thought why today’s children have lost their childhood? Instead of smiling, why these tiny faces shadowed with sadness and tension? At young age, when it’s their time to play and have fun, they are bound to go schools with heavy bags on shoulders. These tiny tots are forced to enter in the race of competition. And because of this, their childhood has lost as they have to prove themselves better than others.  On this too, today’s parent are so busy that they don’t pay attention to their wards and let them play whole day on phone, tabs and computers.</p>

<p> This kind of playing is inducing irritation, anger and fierceness in them.  They already have the pressure of studies, an above this they have to face pressure of doing better than others. </p>

<p>The difference between the child of early age and nowadays is that parents didn’t imposed objectives goals on them. They were free to do what they want and their way according to abilities. But today’s child is forced to enter that field in which all other are going. Parent’s try to mold them in a way that is not meant for them. Because of this “cultural” misunderstanding, children often feel they are not understood, and parents feel frustrated as their child acts out. If this “cultural divide” deepens, the quality of the relationship between parents and children can deteriorate, creating a lack of closeness among family members. </p>

<p>Who has inspired the children to do this? Somewhere, parent and their social pressure is compelling them. It is necessary to give proper direction to the juvenile at this point, so that the future will appear self sufficient. Its parent‘s duty to understand their child need, wants and interests. There are some plans and courses which help parent to know about their child’s abilities. It will enable them to counsel so that children can blossom, laugh and be successful. </p>
