The award was presented by DSP Jaypal Singh and Ashok Kumar (Nodal officer).  Er. Manmohan singla is also running an institute Hisar Institute of Digital Marketing where he gives training to students about Digital Marketing. Raahgiri is a street concept where general people are free to enjoy various activities like singing, dancing, aerobics, skating, Ludo, carom, yoga, tennis and many more on Sunday mornings to enjoy the traffic-free, fresh air on a common platform.
