The new ZX-10R is powered by a 998cc liquid-cooled, four-stroke inline-four engine that produces 200 bhp at 13,200 rpm and 114 Nm of peak torque at 11,400 rpm. It now gets a new tail cowl, LED tail Lamps, LED signal Lamp, LED headlights positioned on the underside of the upper cowl. The new Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R gets special permission to use the River Mark on it.

It gets new exterior features such as all-LED lighting and a Bluetooth-enabled TFT color instrument console. The new meter can be paired with Kawasaki’s RIDEOLOGY THE APP. The 2021 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R has an aluminum twin-spar frame and Aluminium swingarm, Advanced Showa BFF (Balance Free Front Fork) and horizontal back-link with Showa BFRC lite (Balance Free Rear Cushion) make up the suspension set up.

The 2021 ZX-10R include electronic cruise control, S-KTRC (Sport-Kawasaki Traction control with five modes and off), KCMF (Kawasaki Cornering Management Function), Power Modes (Full/Middle/Low), KLCM (Kawasaki Launch Control Mode), Integrated Riding Modes (Sport/Road/Rain/Rider (manual)), KIBS (Kawasaki Intelligent anti-lock Brake System), Kawasaki Engine Brake Control, Öhlins Electronic Steering Damper and KQS (Kawasaki Quick Shifter).
