Theme: Better sleep, better life, better planet</strong></p>



<p class="has-medium-font-size">This year world sleep day entitles the <strong>slogan ‘Better Sleep, Better Life, Better Planet</strong> highlighting the importance of <strong>sleep as a backbone of health,</strong> allowing for <strong>better decision making and cognitive understanding in even big issues, like our planet</strong>. The <strong>message focuses that healthy sleep can improve quality of life and vice –versa. Sound sleep is a treasure that everyone is not able to have. Those who don’t get sound sleep suffer from sleep deprivation or called sleep disorders.  </strong></p>
