Vijay Nakra, CEO of Mahindra’s automotive division, says that ‘Own-Online’ will enable customers to buy Mahindra’s vehicles in less time taken to deliver the pizza. More than 270 dealers and more than 900 contact centers of the company have been connected with the ‘Own-Online’ service. These will help in real-time as well as facilitate test drive and vehicle delivery at home. According to the company, with only 4 steps, the customer can buy their favorite vehicles with the facility of online exchange, finance, and insurance. These four steps include the choice of vehicle, getting a quote for it, the option of finance and insurance, and making payments without contacting anywhere.
