The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has announced that registration for the CA Foundation, Intermediate & Final May 2025 session will begin on March 1, 2025. Candidates can apply online through the official ICAI portal, eservices.icai.org. The last date to apply without a late fee is March 14, 2025, while applications with a late fee of ₹600 can be submitted until March 17, 2025.

ICAI CA May 2025 Exam Schedule
- CA Foundation Exam: May 15 – May 21, 2025
- CA Intermediate Exam: May 3 – May 14, 2025
- CA Final Exam: May 2 – May 13, 2025
- International Taxation (INTT-AT) Exam: 4-hour duration
The CA Foundation exam will be held for 3 hours, the Intermediate exam for 2 hours, and the Final exam for 3 hours. Candidates can choose English and Hindi as their examination medium, except for the International Taxation (INTT-AT) Exam, which will be conducted only in English.
ICAI CA May Exam 2025: Correction Window
Students who wish to modify their examination city or medium can do so from March 18 to March 20, 2025, during the official correction window.
ICAI CA Exams Now Conducted Thrice a Year
Starting in 2024, ICAI now holds three exam sessions annually in January, May/June, and September for CA Foundation and CA Intermediate courses. Previously, exams were conducted only in May/June and January.
