UPSC CMS (Combined Medical Services) 2021 exam registrations begins, apply before July 27

The Union Public Service Commission- UPSC has released the notification and begun the registration process for the Combined Medical Services Exam (CMS 2021) on its official website upsc.gov.in.

Candidates who are interested to apply for the UPSC CMS 2021 examination can apply online on the official website https://upsconline.nic.in. The Commission has also introduced the facility of withdrawal of applications for those candidates who do not want to appear for the Examination. The online applications for UPSC CMS 2021 examination can be filled up to 27th July 2021 till 6.00 P.M, and online applications can be withdrawn from 03.08.2021 to 09.08.2021 till 6.00 PM.

According to the official notice, “All candidates (male/ (Ministry of Health & Family Welfare) and this Notice of Examination derived from these Rules female/transgender) are requested to carefully read the Rules of Combined Medical Services Examination notified by the Government. The candidates applying for the examination should ensure that they fulfill all eligibility conditions for admission to the Examination. Their admission at all the stages of the examination will be purely provisional subject to satisfying the prescribed eligibility conditions.

UPSC CMS Vacancy Details

The UPSC CMS 2021 exam will be held on November 21 to fill 838 vacancies in Junior Scale Posts in Central Health Service, Assistant Divisional Medical Officer in the Railways, General Duty Medical Officer in New Delhi Municipal Council, General duty Medical Officer Gr-II in East Delhi Municipal Corporation, North Delhi Municipal Corporation, and South Delhi Municipal Corporation.

Age Limit and Eligibility criteria for UPSC CMS 2021

A candidate for this examination must not have attained the age of 32 years as of 1st August 2021, i.e. the candidate must have been born not earlier than 2nd August 1989. For admission to the examination, a candidate should have passed the written and practical parts of the final M.B.B.S. Examination.
