Nothing, a new UK-based electronics brand and backed by OnePlus Co-Founder Carl Pei, launched Nothing Ear 1 true wireless stereo (TWS) earphones globally. It will be available in India priced at Rs. 5,999. The earphones will be available to buy in India via Flipkart starting August 17.

This uniquely designed Nothing Ear 1 true wireless earphones have been launched as the company’s first product having transparent look. Along with the looks, the Nothing Ear 1 comes with a host of premium features including active noise cancellation and wireless charging.

The design of these Nothing Ear 1 earbuds is transparent. Its case is also transparent. In these earphones, you will see the charging indicator light, which is visible from outside in the closed case. The Nothing Ear 1 case supports USB Type-C and Qi wireless charging modes. The battery in the case is attached magnetically with the earpieces and through this, the earpieces draw power. The battery life of Nothing Ear1 earphones is 5.7 hours and they are claimed to last for a total of 34 hours with the case on. The company claims that with fast charging via USB Type-C, up to 8 hours of playback can be found in a 10-minute charge.

The Nothing Ear 1 gets an active noise cancellation feature. The transparency mode present in it can be used to easily hear the surrounding sounds. Nothing Ear 1 earbuds support touch controls for easy control of playback, transparency modes, noise cancellation, and volume. The company has also created an app for users and customized the controls and other features. The app comes with features like equalizer settings, fast pairing, and firmware updates.
