Sleepless nights mean when you have trouble sleeping or you may wake up several times throughout the night. Not sleeping well during the night can cause trouble for your health.

There are many causes of sleeping difficulties:

Child Pose (Shishuasana) – Sit in a kneeling position, bring the forehead and palms to the floor in a relaxing position. You can repeat it 5 times in a day.

Butterfly Pose (Baddhakon asana)-Sit in a relaxing position then bend the knees and touch the soles of the feet together. Stay in the pose for around 3 to 5minutes.

Leg-up-the-wall pose (ViparitaKarani)-Lie on the floor near the wall then make your legs straight in respect of the wall. Make a 90-degree angle with your body.

Bridge Pose (Setu Bandha Sarvangasana)–The first lie on the floor, fold the legs then make upward position with the help of shoulders and hold the feet with the hands.

Camel Pose (Ustrasana) – The first stand with the help of knees then make the backward position of your body and hold your feet with both hands.
