On Thursday at Pallekele International Cricket Stadium, West Indies team won the toss and chose to field first. And West Indies bowlers gave a great start to Indies team they took 3 wickets of Sri Lanka at just 48 runs. Dasun Shanaka scored most 31 runs from the Sri Lanka side and the Lanka team gave the target to West Indies of 156 runs.
Whereas, West Indies chased this target easily in just 17 overs and Clean-Sweep the 2 matches T – 20 series. Andre Russell (40) played a storm inning. He scored 40 runs in just 14 balls with the help of 6 sixes and gave the win to the Indies team. West Indies clean-sweep in the 2 matches T – 20 series with the help of this win.
