Samsung Launched Galaxy Z Flip with infinity flex display

Samsung’s most awaited smartphone Galaxy Z Flip is finally launched in an Unpacked event of Samsung. This is the second foldable smartphone from Samsung with an ultra-thin display which is named as Infinity Flex Display. This phone has been made in limited stock for some selected markets. It can be purchased in Mirror Black and Mirror Purple Colour. The company will also provide its mirror gold colour.

The most highlighted feature of this phone is a flex mode for which the company has worked with Google – the flex mode will provide certain apps with a different split-screen mode when the display is partially folded.

Samsung is one of the top players in the smartphones industry. Their breakthrough technology always set a good benchmark for other companies. The Galaxy Z Flip is again a killer phone from Samsung.

The price of Galaxy Z Flip is set at $ 1380 which is around Rs 98,400. The phone will be made available in selected markets from 14 February. Among the markets where it will be made available are South Korea and America.

This phone has Dual-Sim support. It has an eSIM and nano-SIM support. This phone works on Android 10. It has a 6.7-inch full HD dynamic AMOLED display. The display that the company has given in this phone has been named Infinity Flex Display. Its pixel resolution is 1080×2636. Its aspect ratio is 21.9: 9 and pixel density is 425ppi.

On the outside, the phone has a secondary 1.1 inch Super AMOLED display. Its pixel resolution is 112×300. Its pixel density is 303ppi. This phone works on an octa-core processor based on 7nm. Its maximum clock speed is 2.95 GHz. It has 8 GB of RAM. The phone has 256 GB of internal storage, which cannot be increased. To give power to the phone, 3300 mAh battery is provided.

Talking about the camera segment, it has a dual rear camera. Its primary sensor is a 12-megapixel wide-angle camera. It comes with features like f / 1.8 aperture, 1.4-micron pixels, 78-degree FoV. At the same time, the other is also a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera which comes with features like f / 2.2 aperture, 1.12-micron pixels, 123-degree FoV, OIS. Talking about the front sensor, it has a 10-megapixel sensor that comes with features like f / 2.4 aperture, 1.22-micron pixels, 80-degree FoV.

The Galaxy Z Flip has a Flex mode UI. It is offered under a partnership with Google. This can be enabled via Hideaway Hinge. This allows users to open the phone in multiple angles. Actually, it is a dual CAM mechanism. This hinge and display have been tested by opening and closing 2,00,000 times. Through this mode, the main foldable display of Galaxy Z Flip will be converted into two 4-inch screens. For example: in half of this you will be able to watch videos and half will be able to search for videos. Users will be able to fold the phone to take a selfie from this phone. In this, the 1.1-inch cover will serve as a display notification.
