‘Now say it with voice message at Twitter’; Twitter is testing Voice DM for Indian users

Twitter- the microblogging site has just started rolling out the voice DM or direct message feature for a few users in India. According to Twitter, this feature is available for few users at present but will be released in a planned manner for all after some time.

In Twitter voice DM, Users can send up to 140 seconds long voice messages in private chats. India is the third country after Brazil and Japan to get this feature.

How to Use Twitter Voice DM feature

First of all, open the chatbox of the contact you want to send message, then tap on the voice icon placed in the bottom right corner and start recording. After recording the voice message, tap stop icon to finish.

There is an option to hear the message or delete the message before finally sending it. If it is final to send the message, then tap the send icon.

This feature will be available for both Android and iOS users but at present only a few users can send the voice DM.
