Christmas Day is celebrated on December 25 every year as the birthday of Saint Jesus. Irrespective of religion, every other people celebrate Christmas day with great pomp. Home decorations are very important on Christmas but in the present times of the COVID 19 pandemic, if you are avoiding going to crowded places to buy decorations, then you can make beautiful decorations by reusing things at home.

Ideas for Christmas Decoration

Christmas Tree

The Christmas tree is most important for Christmas decorations. Make a cone of a drawing sheet to make a paper Christmas tree. Cut triangle pieces of green paper and make thin cuts on one side of each piece. Glue these pieces into the cone. Create many layers to give the look of a Christmas tree. Decorate it with stars.

Christmas Wreath

Cut the cardboard into round shapes. Now wrap a rope or ribbon on it in circular form. After wrapping it, stick it with glue. After this, put a ribbon on it for hanging. Now make a bow with red or green ribbon and paste it.

Snow House

Use cotton to give a snowy look to the house. Hang a cotton swab on the Christmas tree. This will give you snowfall like feel. Apart from this, make small balls of cotton and put them in the room by applying golden or silver glitter on them.

Santa  Claus from Bulbs

Use old bulbs to make a Santa clause. The round part of the ball can be used as a face. For the beard and mustache of Santa, use cotton and for the cap, use red paper. Hang these Santa bulbs in the Christmas tree or anywhere else you like.

Fairy lights

To make your home shinier, use fairy lights or candles in a glass bottle to the corners of the house. It looks beautiful and it shows light in every part of the house. Decorate your Christmas tree with lights too.

And last but not the least, you can also hang red-white or colored socks on a rope on the main wall. Small Santa, reindeer, and ferns (made of paper ) can also be planted on it.
