Mercedes-Benz has launched its new GLC coupe in the Indian market. The ex-showroom price of its petrol variant is Rs. 62.70 lakh and the diesel variant is priced at Rs. 63.70 lakh. In the Indian market, this car can compete with the BMW X4. At Auto Expo 2020 in February, Mercedes introduced GT 63 S 4-door coupe and V-Class Marco Polo.

The car has got a new diamond-pattern grille, redesigned front and rear bumpers, new LED heads and taillights and alloy wheels with differential design. At the same time, a new MBUX infotainment system has been given inside the car. It has a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster and a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment screen. It comes with voice command tech ‘Hey Mercedes’. The company claims that the petrol variant catches the 0 – 100 KPH speed in 6.3 seconds and the diesel variant 0 – 100 KPH in 6.6 seconds.

The petrol variant of the car has a 2.0-litre turbo petrol engine, which generates 258 hp power and 370 Nm torque. At the same time, the GLC 300d Coupe diesel variant has a 2.0-litre engine. Which generates the power of 245 hp and peak torque of 500 Nm. Both engines meet the BS6 norms. These engines are mated to a 9-speed automatic gearbox. It also has a 4 MATIC all-wheel-drive system.
