Amid lockdown viewing that people can’t move out of their houses, Mahindra and Mahindra (M&M) has started an online platform called ‘Own-Online’ to buy cars. Vijay Nakra, CEO of Mahindra’s automotive division, says that ‘Own-Online’ will enable customers to buy Mahindra’s vehicles in less time taken to deliver the pizza. For this facility, they have to visit the official website of the company.

 Buy a car in 4 steps

More than 270 dealers and more than 900 contact centers of the company have been connected with the ‘Own-Online’ service. These will help in real-time as well as facilitate test drive and vehicle delivery at home. According to the company, with only 4 steps, the customer can buy their favorite vehicles with the facility of online exchange, finance, and insurance. These four steps include the choice of vehicle, getting a quote for it, the option of finance and insurance, and making payments without contacting anywhere.
