Mahindra automotive unveils new logo for its SUVs, first to see in upcoming XUV700 premium

On Monday, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. has unveiled its brand-new logo for its upcoming SUV portfolio. The new logo of Mahindra & Mahindra will be seen throughout the SUV product portfolio, and the upcoming XUV700 will be the first SUV to get this new visual identity. Apart from enhancing the beauty of SUVs, a new brand identity will also be seen across 1,300 sales and service touchpoints in 823 cities in the country by 2022.
The new logo has two chrome-infused elements aligned in a way to highlight ‘M’ signifying Mahindra. Whereas, the current logo has an oval with the three lines that converge at a point. The new logo would replace Mahindra’s current 21-year-old insignia.
Mahindra’s present logo was first introduced in 2000 and it came into being two years later on the Scorpio in 2002 after a reorganization by then Managing Director Anand Mahindra.
