ICC WOMEN T20 WORLD CUP: SLW WON AGAINST BANW BY 9 WICKETS

On Monday at Junction Oval, Sri Lanka women team won against the Bangladesh women by 9 wickets. Bangladesh women won the toss and chose bat. But the batsmen of Bangladesh unable to gave the good start to the team as they lose their first 3 wickets at just 25 runs. After that batsmen also didn’t perform well and Bangladesh gave target to Sri Lanka of just 91 runs. Shashikala Siri Wardene took 3 wickets in 4 over by giving just 16 runs.

Whereas Sri Lanka chased the target at the loss of 1 wicket only. Chamari (30) and Hasini (39) gave a good start to Sri Lanka and scored 51 runs together for the 1st wicket. Sri Lanka chased this target in just 15.3 over. That’s an easy win for the Sri Lankan team.
