On Thursday at Sydney Cricket Ground, in 2nd Semi-Final South Africa women team won the toss and chose to field first. MagLanning (49)* played captaincy inning for Australia and awarded with the man of the match award for the inning. With the help of Lanning’s inning, Australia set the target of 134 runs for South Africa.

Whereas due to rain, the second inning set to 13 overs with the target of 98 runs. In response of that African batsman unable to give the good start and hence lost their 3 wickets at just 24 runs. Laura (41) made efforts to give the win to Africa but her efforts goes in vain. Australia won the match by 5 runs and enters into the final. Whereas, 1st semi-final was abondon due to rain and India enters into the final. Now, Australia and India will play the final on 8 March 2020.
