The US tech company Apple has started manufacturing iPhone XR in India. This is the first time that the company has done the work of making its expensive iPhone at the Indian vendor plant. Now all the units of the iPhone XR will be built at the Foxconn factory in Chennai. Let us tell you that almost all products are being manufactured in China. But due to the trade war between the US and China, the company has decided to shift the manufacturing of the phone to India.

According to reports, Apple will start assembling the iPhone 11 series only after manufacturing the iPhone XR. Earlier, the company had made the iPhone 6 and 7 series in India. Also, all the devices were exported to Europe. With the assembling of this phone in India itself, the company will get about 20% of the import duty. But this will not cut the price of the phone.
