Hemsworth’s Extraction became Netflix’s biggest debut ever, watched by 90 million households

Extraction- an American action thriller based on the graphic novel Ciudad starring Chris Hemsworth, Rudhraksh Jaiswal, Randeep Hooda was released on April 23 on Netflix became the biggest film premiere on Netflix with a projection of 9 crore households.
Netflix tweeted “EXTRACTION is well on its way to becoming the biggest-ever film premiere on Netflix — with a projected 90 million households getting in on the action in the first 4 weeks.”
Filmmakers Joe and Anthony Russo, who produced Extraction also tweeted to congratulate the team by saying “We can’t thank everyone enough for all the incredible love and support for #Extraction! We truly have the best fans in the world.”
Extraction is directed by Sam Hargrave and written by Joe Russo is a story of a black-ops mercenary who must rescue an Indian drug lord’s kidnapped son in Bangladesh. The film had mixed reviews on its release on April 23.
