Chaudhary Devi Lal University
Chaudhary Devi Lal University in Sirsa established by the state legislature act 9 of 2003 is accredited by NAAC and registered under University Grants Commission. Till 2000, it was working as Kurukshetra University Chaudhary Devi Lal Post Graduate Regional Centre but later in 2003, declared as full-fledged University named as Chaudhary Devi Lal University.
The University in Sirsa offers various academic programmes in the area of Technology, Commerce, Management, Law, Humanities, Mass Communication, Social Sciences, and Education mainly at the Post Graduate level. Lala Hansraj Phutels College of Law, Sirsa
Lala Hansraj Phutela college of Law was inaugurated in the year 2006 by S.E.S- Sirsa educational society. In 2011, the college got affiliated to Ch. Devi Lal University, Sirsa but prior to this, it was affiliated to Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra. The Bar Council of India has also approved the college.
