Asia’s longest and world’s fifth-longest High-Speed Track inaugurated at Indore

Today, a world-class 11.3 km long NATRAX (National Automotive Test Tracks)- the High-Speed Track(HST) virtually inaugurated by Minister of Heavy Industries and Public Enterprises Shri Prakash Javadekar at Pithampur, Indore.

Developed in an area of 1000 acres of land, the NATRAX is Asia’s longest and the World’s fifth-longest high-speed track for performance tests for the widest categories of vehicles from 2 wheelers to heavy tractor-trailers.

Union Minister on the occasion stated that India is destined to become a hub of automobiles, manufacturing, and spare parts. We are fast moving towards an ‘AatmaNirbhar Bharat’ and all-around efforts are being made in this direction. He further said, expanding automobiles and manufacturing industries will help generate employment.
