On Wednesday, Amazon Prime Music announced the launch of podcasts in India. Podcasts will be available to all Amazon Prime subscribers at no extra cost on the Prime Music app. In September 2020, Amazon launched podcasts on its music streaming service, and it is now available in India. Amazon podcasts can be streamed and downloaded on the Amazon Prime Music app on Android and iOS, web browsers, and Amazon Echo devices.

Amazon Prime members will have access to shows like On Purpose with Jay Shetty, Ted Talks Daily, the habit coach, the Musafir stories, and The Daily Mastery Podcast by Robin Sharma. There are over nine million podcast episodes available in multiple languages and of different genres like motivation, business, technology, comedy, music, and fitness on Amazon prime music.

Amazon podcasts will also support Amazon Alexa. Therefore, users can  ask, “Alexa, play On Purpose with Jay Shetty” or “Alexa, play last week’s episode of Ted Talks Daily.”
