Established in 1881, the college was under the University of Calcutta but later it was affiliated to the University of Delhi after its establishment in 1992. 05. Hansraj College, New Delhi

One of the glorious institute of Delhi University. Late Shri Krishna Dasji Gurwale founded the Hindu College in the well-known Kinari Bazar (Chandni Chowk).
