Often people with short height suffer from low confidence and inferiority complex when they face people having long height. People with short height face many problems in their daily life. Mostly short height children face the problem in schools where they are forced to stand in front of a queue in the morning assembly. Vitamin B12, a water-soluble vitamin is crucial when it comes to height growth is present in chicken. It’s also rich in taurine (an amino acid) that regulates growth and bone formation. 11. Red Beans – Red beans are good sources of proteins and incredibly nutritious. It’s one of the most important food items for hormones that regulate growth in children.
